Let’s be honest. Being an entrepreneur is hard work. And when you struggle to maintain consistent sales and get results from your marketing, it’s even more challenging.

I had the pleasure of joining Dominic Lawson on the Startup Life Podcast, a podcast dedicated to connecting entrepreneurs with the info and experts they need to grow their businesses. During the chat, I had the opportunity to dig into some of the frustrations that I’ve experienced myself.

While I didn’t ask for the startup life, I came into it all the same when I started TriggerPoint years ago. Since then, I’ve gone through my fair share of ups and downs. I know on a personal level how difficult it is to keep a business afloat during a bad economy, knowing that the lives of your employees depend on your success.

I’ve also seen the benefits behavioral design can have on your bottom line. It’s so hard to see entrepreneurs struggling to keep the lights on, knowing how much of an impact the money they invested in all of those social media ads and billboards could have made if they had used it to target mindstates instead.
